HSMP and ILR

Do HSMP holders qualify under Tier 1 group? If so, are they eligible for ILR after 2 years?

Thats a proposal for the new rules they want to bring in next year not now, also it is something they are thinking off doing, its not concrete.

That was I tought but they have impletende it. Start from March 13 2006
Read in this forum under the topic "5 years for ILR rule implemented"

They have not implemted 2 year ILR for HSMP what they have done is implemented a change from 4 to 5 years for ILR for indiviuals in an employment category.
