I am currently in student visa and i joined my Post graduation on january 2010 and my visa ends july 2011..
will i be affected by the 2011 changes being a non-eu while applying for my PSW before or after july 2011?

if you make ANY app after april 2011, yes you will be effected from change of rules

You may be affected by any changes to the immigration rules that the government implements with regards to Tier 1 (PSW) and are in force at the time of your application. As on date, the govt. / UKBA has not announced any plans for changes to the Tier 1 (PSW) scheme with effect from either April 2011 or July 2011.

Should you worry unnecessarily?
