My friend is on Tier 2 visa.
Company A in South england wants to recruit him but they are not a registered sponsor. Their sister concern company B in north england is a sponsor. Is it possible that Company B recruits him and seconds him to company A and he works for company A. Will this effect his ILR.

can company B "sponsor" "off-campus" employees? i mean does their registration allow them to recruit employees not working at HQ, for example.

your best bet is to contact company B and ask them if they can sponsor you to work at sister company
