ILR process Tier1 - is Employer letter required?

ILR process Tier1 - is Employer letter required?

Hi
can u please advise , is employer letter required for people working in Tier1...for ILR process?
In Guidance they just asked abt economical active or not...for that producing 3 months payslip ...

Can u please confirm that ..

Good to have but not must. Though personally I would strongly advise to take this from your current employer ...

is there any specific should be there like ....he will continue in our employement something like that ....

because in our company they just given the letter like ....

So and so is working in our company since April2010 onwards as Project manager. He is living in following address ..
should u have any questions please contact us ./.

Above is the subject they have given in the letter ...is that enough ..

Please advise...

Yes, for Tier 1 to ILR, that is enough. For Tier 2, they have to say that you are still required by the company, but not Tier 1. It is just to confirm that you are employed.
