Tier 2 ICT - BRP card after receipt of passport

Hi,

1) Can anyone tell me the time it takes for getting the BRP card after receipt of the passport?

2)My Visa extension was handled by my company(A rated sponsor) on my behalf and they have received my passport and decision letter. Would they get my BRP as well?

3) Is the BRP card always sent by DX Secure?

My timelines are as follows.

Type: Tier 2 extension
Application date: 11-Jan-2011
Biometrics letter: 25-Jan-2011
Biometrics completed: 02-Feb-2011
Passport Received: 24-Feb-2011
BRP card: ???


I have to apply for my wife's dependent visa and so am eagerly awaiting my visa.

Hi toshu,

I went thru the process last year. Generally, the BRP arrives 3-4 days after your passport. It will arrive at the same address as your passport. I guess, in your case, it will be your company.

Hello Friends,

We have applied for tier1(general) and tier 1 dependent visas.

My Husband Got the BRP card on the same day wen we received our passports in courier.

Its been 2 weeks since we are waiting for BRP cards for me & our kid(2yr).

From last 2 weeks we were calling the UKBA office in the provided phone number. No one is picking the call.

Please do suggest what could be done.
