Salary Code of Practice

Hi All,

I am currently on a 5 years Work Permit (old scheme, not Tier 2) since 2008.

My question is does my pay need to meet the Minimum rate stated here: http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... actice.pdf

Does these code of practice minimum wage applies to my job title even though i am a work permit holder and not Tier 2?

Also my job title has been the same since 2008 with a "Graduate" title in it.

Can someone please advise. If i must or eligible to meet the minimum salary, what do i have to do?

If my employer changes my job title and increase pay (work responsibilities will be the same), do i have to inform HO?

Will not meeting the minimum salary affect my settlement in future?

current rules dont apply to you

unless you are thinking about switching to tier 2... you dont have to worry about code of practice

All the job codes seem to be IT based. Is there a similar document for other professions?
