driving from London to Paris check Schengen visa ?

Hi

I and my friend are going to drive from London to Paris on this Easter. He is British and I am not but have UK post-study work visa.

Do UK police or French police check the Schengen Visa when driving car from London to Paris or vice versa ( i do not want apply Schengen visa now) ? Any has similar experience, please share.

It doesn't matter how you travel. You are crossing the border between UK and Schengen territory, so everybody's passport will be checked (and visa, if you need one) for travellers in both directions.

I already got the answer. If i and my friend drive to Paris, we need to go to Eurotunnel for driving car and they will check the passport and Schengen visa on that vehicle.

So i can not go to France without Schengen Visa

If you are a visa national you obviously can't regardless whether you would be checked or not.
