HELP! IOM ISLAMABAD WON'T PICK UP!!

Hi guys

I have been trying to make an appointment for the wife for a TB test at the IOM call centre and cannot seem to get through, they are always busy. Has anyone had the same experience and how are you supposed to make an appointment when they wont pick up., and correct me if I'm wrong you cannot make it in person.

Does anyone have any advise as to how to go about making an appointent and getting around this silly hurdle?
