Client’s enquiry by HO

Hi all,

I am self employed and my biometrics is done as well, I just want to know that in every case HO contacts their clients to confirm this person did a job for them or not?

may be may be not. I work full time and after nearly 4 years on hsmp+tier1, they have inquired for the first time.

General experience (based on information posted by members) is that if you are applying on basis of self-employment (only or in combination with employment), UKBA will undertake verification checks with clients.

Whether all the named clients are contacted or only some (at random), cannot be said.
