Work permit related questions.

Hi,

I was granted a work permit as an Engineer since Dec 2007. Recently i have been promoted to Manager level. My questions are:

1. What i need to do?
2. If i inform the Home Office, what is the form (Technical Change form) that i should fill in?

For work permit holders there is form for technical change of employment. here is a link to UKBA website which provides details about it

As indicated in the guidance, because you have been promoted, you'll have to make a fresh tier 2 application.
