allowed appeal challenged

Today I recieved a letter saying first tier judge permmision to appeal is granted to the Home office.
please somebody could tell what happen next, do I have to fill any form or anything else , second do I have to go for hearing again when thay call me and how long take that whole process as UKBA challanged judge decision for my husband settlement visa or they will make decision without hearing.
thanks, I just fed up with this system
