hello everyone , i was eea familly member i was married from2003 to 2010 i divorced in 02/2010, and i grant my permanent resident in july 2010 under eu law ,i want apply for british citizen

1-i have to wait till july 2011 or i can apply now

You may apply as and when you fulfil the standard requirements, one of which is:
Immigration time restrictions wrote:You must be free from immigration time restrictions when you apply for naturalisation. Unless you are married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you should have been free from immigration time restrictions during the last 12 months of the residential qualifying period.
