My wife's dependent visa was refused last month and we are planning to re-apply in next few months. ECO mentioned that our relationship is not subsistence hence this decision.

Experts please suggest me a reliable solicitor who may be able to help us.

did u provide pictures, phone bills? How long has it been since your marriage? Usually, these peices of evidence is sufficient.

We did provide photos of our marriage along with marriage certificates but did not provide any phone bills. I used to use calling cards and those didnt show her numbers anyway.

Please advice how else we can prove that our relationship is subsistent.
