guys i applied on 15 dec for psw , gave biometrics on 17 jan till yet no reply, during this period my mobile no changed and as it has been so long i have doubt as to whether i gave them my correct email address or made some mistake in writing it, PLZ PLZ guide me in this matter

i did contact them and they said they can give info 14 weeks after biometrics

contact your local MP and get him/her to find status of your app.
