Expelled

Hi Friends,

Need an urgent help and guidence in this regard if someone is expelled from college due to short attendance and he has a visa till oct 2011. what are the possibilities that if he could apply for a new sponsor in july2011 and get new visa. need very urgent help plz..

You may be in serious trouble. One of the responsibilities of colleges is to inform the UKBA when a student is expelled or is not attending classes. So, it is highly likely that the UKBA may already be aware of your expulsion and may be, if not already in the process of canceling your visa.

Depending on when you got your current visa, it may not be possible to change your sponsor without the UKBA authorization. Please beard this in mind.

Finally the UKBA would not issue you a new visa without you justifying what you have been doing since last given LTR.

Why did you not attend classes. if you have genuine proof of absence, you may convince your school to take you back and explain the situation to the UKBA.
