Tier2 status ( change of Employment Refuse)

Post by farhankhan » Wed Mar 09, 2011 12:09 pm

Hi Guys.

Just a thought , if you are on Tier 2 and apply for a change of employment without informing your current employeer and your visa get refused.

what would you stand with your current Tier2 with an old employer?

Can you carry on working with the old company?

or your current leave to remain becomes invalid?

any comments welcome.

If an application for new Tier 2 leave is refused, any valid leave (on the current Tier 2) remains valid until the date of its expiry and you can continue working with the current employer.
