Question about Biometric

Hi,

I am applying for an extension to my Tier 1 Visa, and have just had my Biometric details registered at the post office.

Do I need to send the confirmation letter/receipt from the post office, or any other documentation back to my caseworker, or will the post office do what's needed automatically?
