LTA reimbursement -eligible for claiming points as earnings?

LTA reimbursement -eligible for claiming points as earnings?

Hi ,

I would like to know whether LTA (Leave Travel Allowance) can be claimed as earnings and eligible for points? In my payslips it is mentioned as 'LTA reimbursement - Rs. 50,000/-'.

Because re-imbursements are not treated as earnings as i have read somewhere in the UK BA website, since LTA is a fixed part of annual income can this be used? Please advise.
