They are just telling you that these categories are for "high net worth investors" in the British economy .... and not meant for people who (may) need to rely on "experience" to be granted settlement.

In which category is "experience" an eligibility requirement for settlement?

If people with "education" and "skills" are allowed to settle, why not people with "money"?

As compared to the number of migrants in UK with bogus degrees and with skills-on-paper-only, the total number of such "rich" people will be minuscule. And hey, the money will be invested in UK economy ... so what if some millions in the billions have a "questionable" source!

IMHO ...
