Employment on settlement visa

Good afternoon

My sister in law is in the process of applying for he ILR.She has copmplied to the following criteria so far:

ESOL LEVEL 1 SPEAKING AND LISTENING

HAS BEEN IN THE UK FOR 2 YEARS

IS RESIDING WITH HER HUSBAND (UK RESIDENT)

HAS STARTED WORK PART-TIME YESTERDAY (20 HOURS = £118.25 PER WORK)

My question is, is this all she needs to comply with? Is it ok if she is working part-time? Her husband is receiving incapactiy benefit.
