have you traveled outside your country of residence , excluding the UK in the last 10 years?

i traveled USA more than 11 years ago, should i declare that or not?

i dont have this passport with me anymore, thats means i dont have any visa stamp etc. on my passport,

it clearly says there 10 years ago, so should i declare that?

i havent seen any topic about this subject in the forum..
