hi i am currently on wp n i will go for indefinite in dis nov .there r some redundencies going on in my company so(so far i am safe ) is it better for me dat if i apply for hsmp .and can i apply for indefinite in nov or not
plzzzz help me

HSMP closed in 2008.

If there is any chance of .. so far I am safe ... not extending until the time you become eligible for settlement, you may switch to Tier 1 (General) before 06-Apr-11.

You may include any "legal stay" in a settlement application under (10 year) long residence (276A-276D).
