Who should sign baby's PBS dependent application?

Who should sign baby's PBS dependent application?

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 Visa and I have filled my baby's PBS dependent for VAF10.
Now i dont know if I should sign it on her behalf or should I take her thumb inpression. I cant find answer to this anywhere.

Please help, whoever has gone through same phase.

You can sign on her behalf. I have done it for my daughter.
