The date of application must be 05-Apr-11 or before.

Application by post - date of posting is the date of application.
Application by courier - date application is received by UKBA is the date of application.
Application in person - date of appointment (and hence submission) is the date of application.

If I send my application on 31st of march by courier,
Will it be fine?
Because by special next day delivery they will receive it on 1st of April.
But If they hasn't processed my application for payment before 5th of April what will happen to my application??

Please read the post in this very thread by sushdmehta. It has been clearly explained that if sent by Royal Mail, the date of postage is treated as your date of application.

So even if you post your application using Royal Mail on the 4th of April, it will be valid.
