Application for Tier 1 (General) Dependent Visa

Hi,

My wife will be applying for Dependent visa in next week from Pakistan. I have following queries regarding the documents she has to submit along with her visa application:
1. Is it ok to submit the Marriage certificate only in English?
2. Proof of residense: Because I have just recently moved to a new flat therefore I have still not recieved any utility bills,council tax bills. Will it be enough to submit tenancy agreement along with the letter from the Gas/Electric supplier that the account has been set up on my name?

Proof of address is not a mandatory requirement and you do not have to provide it. Ensure you clearly satisfy the maintainance funds requirement.
