Tier 2 (Intra company trans) to Tier 1 G query

Post by pranav.vaidya » Fri Mar 25, 2011 10:53 pm

Hi,

I have seen lots of posts on the web site and seen the related replies. I am looking forward to answers to my queries.

I am currently in the UK on Tier 2 (Intra comp trans) and is applying for Tier 1 G. Could you please help answer the below queries -

1. Maintenance funds - I think I have sufficient funds as per the requirements. However, each month I transfer the extra money to my savings account from my salary account. Which means, I have more than £800 over last 3 months in my savings account but not in my current account where my salary is credited. The query is which bank account statement do I submit? I am worried if I submit both account statements then my application might be rejected.

2. My salary slips has company logo. However the salary slip is printed in B&W, no color logo. Do I have to get it stamped from HR department?

3. What is the best method of applying by post or in person?

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. Couple more questions please-

Is there a specific format of listing the supported documentation? I mean listing the salary slips etc.

And do I have to attach a covering letter with the application form?

Thanks.
