Should I apply ILR or delay

Post by skpan » Sun Mar 27, 2011 6:50 pm

Hi,

I am having tough confusions on whether to apply ILR or delay.

I arrived in Dec 2005, now have Tier 1 valid until July 2011. I qualify for ILR (permanent residence) but couldn't apply in last few months due to money crisis.

I believe new rules are coming on 6th April 2011, hence needed your suggestions.

I have issues such as my last 3 month bank accounts has overdraft records showing minus in my account, though I have got salary ~5000£ per month. Hence I am worried will that be an issue?

Could you kindly suggest. Also what are various documents they ask during ILR interviews?

Thanks!

Sounds like you haven't really troubled yourself with a thing called reading of a thing called policy guidance... Would that not be an obvious starting point....?

Are these just limited to the last 3-4 months or for quite some time. If the latter, for how long have these overdrafts been continuing?
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
