Can i join ACCA with other tier 4 sponsor

Hi guys,

I got visa on nov 2009(after rules chnaged in aug or oct 2009).my visa is tier 4 pbs with my sponsor code on it.which is valid till sept 2011.

but as my course finshed 8months before,i mean jan 2010 its been finshed.i had plan to join "may 2010 intake " MBA top up in my same collage.

but can i join ACCA in "may intake" with different collage.if i can join what i need to do?how can i join?

You can join another college within 4 months. If you sponsor is Highly Trusted then you can start your course, but if your sponsor is A or B rated then you have to apply for new visa before you start your course.

hi ya,
tell me which way i need to apply for visa for following options.

my collage is on tier 4 list with A grade collage.where on my visa this collage is sponsor till sept 2011.
1.If i join in may intake for MBA top up?
2.If i join in sept intake for MBA top up?

or

If i go to new collage tier 4 A grade colage,to do different course in may/sept intake?

Hi,
first time i applied on oct 2009 and i got in nov 2009.so i got 22months visa till now sept 2011.

till now i havent made any extension.

we need to know the actual date.

was it before or after 5th October 2009?

after oct 5th 2009.....i have dropped visa in last week of oct 2009 and i got visa in nov last week.
