Tenancy Agreement for Dependant visa

Do we need to have the Tenancy Agreement for the dependant visa.? Also, is the spouse name needs to be mentioned in the agreement.? I am main applicant who have the house letted and having agreement in my name. I just wanted to know.

Some clause in ur tenancy will have mentioned about your family can stay with u.
