Hi all,
I currently in a house where i pay the rent and bills all inclusive, just wondering if non payment of council tax might affect my renewal which is coming soon.

Pay your council tax. It is not worth it for you to have a civil court record (as the city council will lodge a case of nonpayment against you) especially if you can afford this fee.

Bani, where you getting all this info from as OP has clearly stated "I pay the rent and bills all inclusive".

Abike, it may be a good idea to get the council tax on your name and start paying(assuming you can deduct the same from your rent) :)

If council tax is amongst the "bills included" in the rent, then you have nothing to worry about. If not, then follow bani's suggestion.

Non-payment may be an issue when one is liable to pay, not otherwise.
