Have you married in UK or in your native country? Whats the nationality of your partner?

Students are not allowed to enter into self employment.

What type of church did you marry in? Is your marriage legally registered?

How old are you and how old is your wife?

What type of church did you marry in?

its catholic church and they insist to have the paper register and attest
if i inform the officers they might think its fake marrige becouse i am in london only one month and they would think the attempt of marrige its only to obtain the permenant residence

excuse my poor english languge

Are you staying togather? If I would be you, I will stay few months togather and than apply to register merriage. No need to let them know about previous merriage. Apply fresh. Collect as much evidences as you can to prove that you both are living togather on the same address.

You have met some one in Dubai, you have little proof of communication with you partner and you have been here only for 1 month and got merried - If you think these points in normal life it does not add up. Sorry.
