Documents to submitt with MN1 form for child born in UK

Post by asu1z » Sun Apr 03, 2011 1:25 am

Dear forum members

This question may look bit silly.. however I will be thankful if someone could answer:

Both parents and child hold ILR. (HSMP to ILR)

What documets do we need to submitt with MN1 application form for the child born in UK?

Do parents need to submitt their own passports, marriage certficate?
Do child need to subnitt his/her passport?

I wait for your helpful replies.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I have gone through the forms and guideline in detail and still have couple of questions, will be thankful if you are someone else can answer.

If the child is born in UK and hold ILR and parents also hold ILR and applying under section 1(3) then section 2,3 and 4 of form are not applicable. I will be thankful if some one can confirm this to clear my doubts.

Secondly in the form it is written that you only need to send

1. Child birth certificate
2. Parents marriage certificate

I am still wondering and confused if I do not need to send parents passport and child passport. I will be thankful if someone else who have gone though this process can confirm this.

I wait for your helpful replies as ever.
