eu fam and naturalization

hi guys
I got married to an eu citizen on july 2006,but didnt get eu fam stamp 4 till two years later,and it back dated to feb 2007, my question is when can i apply for citizenship based on 5 years residency: feb 2012 or Aug 2011 when i will be 5 years legal resident should they have given me temporary stamp 4 on Aug 2006 if they would have complied with relevant directive, taking in the account that i didnt have any permission to remain (any kind of stamps) btween getting married till I got the eu fam stamp,

youcan write a letter to department of justice, they take sometime but usually reply. my stamp 4eufam is backdated too, I wrote to them and they said that I can apply for nationality 5 years after the date I got stamp4 eufam
