Filling Tier 2 Application form

Post by ratapita » Sun Apr 03, 2011 2:01 pm

Hi All,

Hope somebody can help with this question quickly.

In Part Q of the form which is generally for representatives ( ex: lawyers ) who are doing the application on behalf of the applicant Q.19 states that it applies if you are the person who issues the certificate of sponsorship.

It states-
Are you under a category of persons specified by an Order made by the Seceratry of State under subsection 84(4)(d) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999? This applieas if you are the sponsor who issued the certificate of sponsorship for this application.-

I am not using a lwayer or any other representative , but does any body know if my employer( sponsor) needs to fill in this section?

Many thanks.

i dont know for sure...

if this application is supposed to be filled in by an applicant than you wouldnt be asked to take YOUR application to third party to fill out some part of it!

so,if its not you , and its not your lawyer, then that section is suppose to be left empty.

but i don't know!
