could you advice me plz becouse i need for help to

my wife is british citizen

im egyptian i have enter uk on marriage visa

we got marriage in uk and i have got SPOUSE/PARTNER LEAVE TO REMAIN which for 2 years it expiration next year

but im a bit confused now becouse we are have got separated and i move to stay in italy and we getting divorced and HO know that

did i have problem at the airport when im going back to uk? or my visa it not working any more?

but we have child together......it son

i want to move back to uk and stay there

did i have right to stay in uk after the divorce? and did im aloed to get other visa if we divorce?

and what about the child? did im aloed to see him

You may be refused entry because of your change in circumstances (321).
If child is in the UK, then child access is an option.

I think if you have now settled in Italy, you could apply for a child access visa. You would need to show that you play an active part in the child's life. If you are now divorced, i would imagine the spouse visa you hold presently can no longer be used.

i want to go to uk and sort the divorce out an sgin for it becouse i didnt yet

so will im entery uk by that visa im have ?

and what right will im apply for to be a part of my son life and what i should do to look after him?
