director dividends -> ILR app

Hi All

I am a director of my limited company in which I am involved in the day to day management and although I am paid zero salary at the moment, I will be paid dividends, will these be seen as income on my application?

I started on HSMP in 2007, reapplied for Tier 1 General in 2009 and am trying for ILR next year.
