Hi Guru,

Now after changes put from today 6th April 2011 hope the rules haven't changed to prevent me from changing my Tier 1 to Tier 1 dependent from to India?

Any ideas

You may still apply for entry clearance as dependant of Tier 1 (General) migrant (319C).

Hi sushdmehta,

Could you please clarify on the bank statements,

I would be applying for tier1 dependent visa for my spouse and kid on 15th April.

I had sent bank statements received by post from barclays bank dated
22/12/2010 to 21/01/2011
22/01/2011 to 21/02/2011
22/02/2011 to 21/03/2011
22/02/2011 to 25/03/2011..

which covers 3 months period and showing more than 800 + 533 + 533 = 1866 as I am in uk for more than 12 months.

could you please suggest ... am I correct?

For Biometric do I need to take a separate appointment in India?

I have taken a general appointment for submitting my Tier 1 Dependent visa applicaiton on 9th May at South Mumbai centre.
