hello everyone,
1) Can i send my wife's passport official photo copy with my eea2 application to homeoffice instead of passport?
2)Can i apply eea2 aaplication in person?

1) Only original documents are required.

2) You can only apply by post. Print the form, complete and post with all necessary documents.

Like above, you need to send the original passport. If you need it back, it isn't a problem. It usually takes about 4 weeks to get your COA. Once you have that, you can request the EEA national's passport back. It took less than a week for them to return my partner's passport. She did have travel plan coming up quickly, so they did send it special delivery.
