CAS issued before 21 April 2011

Hi,

Please help me understand if I am correct:

For a NQF level 7 course, CAS issued before 21 april 2011, student will not require to prove the new English language requirement (B2) (for University) even if the visa has to be applied in June 2011.

1. Your situation is explained in full details in the Tier 4 guidence.
2. Have you studied in UK before and if you have a UK bachelors or masters then u r ok.

If the Cas was issued before 21 April then the current rules apply and the Cas does not need to state you have B2 language.
