ILR query

I came to UK in Jan 2008 (expiry Oct 2008) on work permit visa and then it was extended till Nov 2009.
Then again it was extended via Tier 2 ICT till Oct 2010.
And finally it is extended till Sep 2012 with tier 2 ICT established staff .
I hoping that my company will again extend my visa for at least 1 year.

Will new rules apply to me ? And will I get a PR after Jan 2013 ?
And if I want to file a dependent visa for wife then what would be the visa category I need to select ?

You don't belong to an "old category", in context of "what category should my dependant select when making an application for entry clearance".

You are a Tier 2 (ICT) migrant, as you have stated yourself.
