ILR application for Tier 2 applicant

Hi,

I am in UK for about 4 years (completing this July last week), My initial travel was with Tier 2 work permit and not i am with Tier 2 ICT. below are the details

Aug 2007 to Aug 2009 - Tier 2 Work Permit
Aug 2009 to Aug 2011 - Tier 2 ICT.

When will i be eligible for ILR, can i apply for ILR after completing 4 years in UK continuously with Tier 2.

You need 5 years, not 4.
