Present job market

Hello!
Can somebody please give me an idea about the job market for mainframe professionals at present.I can see many ads in the internet.But i also heard that most of them are not real vacancies.I am planning to move to the UK with my family soon.

Not all of them, but I agree, there are quite a few dodgy recruitment agents out there who put fake job adverts to collect CVs and head hunt for the best 'potential' candidate for anticipated future vacancies.
That’s simply their modus operandi, but as they choose you also have the option to reject them!.
