Proposed Civil Partner to Married -FLR (m)? Is this Right??

Post by webb80 » Mon Apr 11, 2011 10:33 am

Hi,

My partner is now here in the UK on proposed civil partner visa, we are having our ceremony/wedding in a week...what do we do?

- How long if done by post does the FLR (m) Visa take ??

- is this the right visa???

- Can she travel back to US for a wedding while on proposed civil partner visa?

- if done in person at Public Enquiry office, is the change/visa granted that day and can she travel back to the US (She has a wedding she has to attend and we are looking for the best viable route)

-We are worried that she cannot re-enter the UK if she travels back for wedding to US on the same proposed civil partner visa???
Many Thanks in advance!

Vicki & Brooke
