Quick question re ILR

Dear all,

I've got a quick question re timing of my ILR application:

I'm on 5 years work permit visa - my work permit was issue on 14/04/06, my visa stamp was issued on 25/05/06 and is valid till 25/05/11, and I entered into UK on 08/06/06.

As per the 28 days requirement, I've booked an appointment for 28/04/11 - being 25/05/11 minus 28 days.

Am I right to do this? or should I take the 28 days off from the actual entry date, i.e. 08/06/06?

The earliest you can apply is 11th May 2011 (28 days before the day you first entered the uk on your wp)

It has to be 28 days before 8th June 2011.
