PEO Tier 1/5 Biometric Desk - Online

Hello,

I want to apply for tier1 extension..
If I select PEO Tier 1/5 Biometric Desk - Online, is it the correct option ..

Just was a bit concerned whether it is the option for biometric or tier1 extenion..
