Your application for extension will be judged by the rules in place at the time, ie do you meet the requirements for extension and can you provide evidence for this. So, if you are able to earn enough money while studying your MBA then you should be fine.rizwan567 wrote:this against the spirit if you are only studying full time and not working at all.
Hi, I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago, when I studied for an MSc (fulltime) in London. The only difference is that I was on an HSMP rather than the newer Tier-1 general visa.viper555 wrote:Hi
You can study full time under Tier1. There are no restrictions that can stop you from doing that.
All you need to be careful is that you leave atleast 15 months of valid visa after your MBA completion so that you will be eligible for extension by the end. (depends on how soon you can get a job after MBA!)
Please pm me if you need any further info. I've been through this stage 2 years back
cheers
My friend, I am not sure if you understood my point, I would like to go back on student visa to pursue my MBA not to get my Tier 1 extension.amitlsbu123 wrote:One of my mate got his tier 1 visa extended he studied full time and completed his ACCA but in last 12 months he also worked full time because in first two years of visa he had completed his acca.
So, i think as long as you are meeting the requirement for extension it should not be a problem to get your tier 1 general visa extension.
Good luck anyway....
