Tier 1 Visa and ILR

Post by CPradeep » Tue Apr 19, 2011 5:10 pm

Hi Experts,

I have extended my Tier 1 Visa for myself and my wife from 18-April-2011 To 18-April-2013.
I am elgible for my ILR on 16-JULY-2011..If my visa is sucessfull i will getting my ILR .

My wife is not elgible since its only 3 month we got married and 2 months in UK....so I know i Cant apply for my wifes ILR

In this case can she stay in UK or visit other countires and enter UK with my tier 1 dependent visa which is valid till 18-April-2013 Or she needs get her FLR done ?

Thanks in advance

I think you will need your wife to apply a spouse visa since your leave will supercede your existing one!..

Wait for other expers to answer :D cheers
