ILR query

I came to UK in Jan 2008 (expiry Oct 2008) on work permit visa and then it was extended till Nov 2009.
Then again it was extended via Tier 2 ICT till Oct 2010.
And finally it is extended till Sep 2012 with tier 2 ICT established staff .
I hoping that my company will again extend my visa for at least 1 year.

Will I get a ILR after Jan 2013 ? Is there any salary criteria applicable for ILR

cant tell you how the immigration laws would look like in jan 2013.... in april 2011!
