I came to know that New Communities Partnership (NCP) is offering Free Advice and Guidance for NonEU Parents of Irish Citizen Child on "Status Change" etc in the light of Zambrano Case ruling. They are also offering other services like Citizenship Application Guidance etc

Do you know do they only advise the non-EU parents of EU citizen children or would they advise adult EU citizens?
