Ireland Work Authorisation- Information professionals??

Hi,

I'll be recieving a masters degree in Library and Information Management at the end of next year and was looking into working in Ireland. One of the skills shortages for a Work Authorisation is "Information and Computing Professionals" and I wondered if that included librarians or people who work in a more technically oriented information science job (as opposed to traditional librarianship?) Any help would be appreciated.
